Prepare an institutional cooperation inquiry

A useful proposal identifies an activity and the responsibilities involved.

Present the institution.

Identify the entity, country, discipline and proposed work. Describe relevant experience, personnel and resources without including confidential documents in an initial inquiry.

Define the contribution.

Explain the proposed activity, its audience and the capability available. Technical exchange, training and assessment involve different responsibilities.

Confirm the relationship.

Institutional participation and brand use require express conditions. A proposal or cooperation relationship does not by itself grant authority to issue credentials or decide assessments.
