Institutional infrastructure

Institutional framework.
Evidence that connects.

Knowledge, clear responsibilities and traceable results support professional competence and responsible management. IAC provides an institutional and editorial framework: a place to understand criteria, examine sources and distinguish what each organisation actually does.

Four functions. Distinct responsibilities.

01

Knowledge and publications

Technical guides and reference material make requirements understandable and open to examination.

02

Agreements and responsibilities

A relationship must identify who grants powers, who receives them and the limits of the agreement. A shared name is not delegated authority.

Read the relationship guide
03

Assessment against own requirements

An assessment must identify its requirements, provider, evidence and responsible decision-maker. Programme availability and issuer remain those stated on each programme page.

04

Records and verification

Published outcomes are read with their issuer, scope, status and source. A source catalogue is not an issued credential register.

Relationships, not a hierarchy of authority.

IAC connects access to knowledge, criteria and evidence. Each organisation retains responsibility for its own services and decisions. The following connections with IAC are proposed integrations, not representations of active contractual powers.

Integration proposed

G-CERTI

Systems certification

G-CERTI Co., Ltd. certifies management systems. The IAS MSCB-113 and KAB sources identify that entity and their respective scopes; they do not grant accreditation to IAC.

Alianza Educativa

Educational programme

Alianza Educativa is an official G-CERTI programme, as confirmed by Fernando Arrieta. Its specific integration and agreement with IAC remain to be documented.

AUDITOR

Training and practice

The proposed connection concerns training and professional practice. It is distinct from certification of management systems or the certification of a person’s competence. No IAC agreement is represented as active here.

G-Partner

Private affiliation proposal

A proposal for relationships and a private register. Its levels and registrations are not approved or activated. Private affiliation does not confer legal professional registration.

The document determines the authority.

The external accreditation of G-CERTI belongs to G-CERTI alone. It does not transfer to IAC, an educational programme, a course or a professional. This framework does not assert that IAC is accredited or that IAC accredits G-CERTI.

IAC LLC and IAC LATAM S.A. are distinct entities. No institutional decision-making mandate or current agency authority is asserted for either without the granting document, territory, term and powers.

Accreditation information is technical reference material, not an offer of accreditation by IAC.

Editorial direction and independent review.

Fernando Arrieta provides the direction for this institutional framework. This identifies editorial authorship and strategic direction, not universal authority to issue credentials or decide every result.

Agreements, assessments and publication decisions require their own responsible parties and independent review. A challenge to a claim or result follows the existing complaints and appeals channel.
