Frequently asked questions
What format should documents be submitted in?
All documents must be submitted as PDF files with version number and effective date on every page. Maximum file size per document is 20 MB. You may submit up to 10 files per application.
How often are documents updated?
IAC reviews all policies and program documents at least annually. Major revisions trigger a formal change notice distributed to all accredited bodies. The version history for each document is recorded in the governance change log.
Can I request a document in another language?
All official documents are published in English. IAC does not provide official translations, but applicants may submit supporting evidence in their local language accompanied by a certified English translation.
Where can I find the fee schedule?
The complete fee schedule — including application fees, assessment day rates, surveillance fees, and listing fees — is published on the Fees & Timelines page.
